Cetrus collects information from our users at several different points on our website and through the use of the On Demand Application. User and usage related information pertinent to the vendor whose application is being used, will be shared with that vendor only. |

Registration In order to use an On Demand Application, a user must first create an Account with Cetrus and then complete a credit card transaction. While completing a transaction, a user is required to provide their relevant contact and billing information. The information provided in the Account profile may be used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have purchased. |

Cookies The use of the Cetrus site may result in a cookie being downloaded onto the users workstation, a common internet practice. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. Downloads This website does require the user to download On Demand Software Applications to each of the computers on which the software will be used. The downloads do not require the collection of additional information above and beyond that provided during the account registration process. Our program covers information that is collected through this website, and does not cover information that may be collected through software used on the site. |

Log Files Like most standard web site servers we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc.., are not linked to personally identifiable information. In addition log files for usage and license related information are kept. Some of the usage related information is accessible via your Account, while other data is used for the administration of the On Demand License. On Demand Usage and Licensing related information is used by Cetrus and is available to the On Demand Vendor for license tracking and account purposes. |

Sharing We may share aggregate demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. We do not permit these companies to retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. |

Security This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both on and off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Offers and Relevant Product Information We send all new members a welcoming email to verify account name, login name and password. Established members may occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. See our Choice/Opt Out section below. |

Site and Service Updates We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. However, these are not promotional in nature. In addition the user will be presented at application launch with an initial screen that has information relevant to the user and the application being launched. This screen cannot be opted out of. We also communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email (i.e. "contact us" form) or phone. |

Correction/Updating Personal Information If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us.
