No refunds are available once the On Demand license period begins.

If you need to reschedule the start date of the On Demand license period, you may do so at anytime prior to the start time/date. Start dates cannot be changed after the On-Demand license begins. End dates can be extended by purchasing additional license periods.

However, you may request a refund for all On Demand software licenses, provided that the return is initiated prior to the start of the license period. The amount refunded will be calculated as the amount charged to the customer for the on-demand license, less a $10 credit card chargeback fee.
